Before you ever attempt to work on How to Jump Higher and play any sport where you have to do fast sprinting or jumping, you should be warming them up. This is just an important thing to do. This won’t exactly improve your jumping, but it will protect you from injuries and major muscle fiber tears that will prevent you from improving. An explosive exercise for your calves is one of my most important tips to jump higher. You have to put the emphasis on explosive, so that means you train like that. There are many different ways of training like this, but I think standing calve raises are the best. Just remember to be slow coming down and explosive when you’re going up.
