I really love the mma fight gym that just opened up around the corner. It has seven black belt instructors, eight national boxing champions and three Olympic wrestlers who are all there five days a week. my wife let me know about the facility as she dropped by its grand opening celebrations and picked up two three week trials, one for me and one for her. She said she is really interested in doing some grappling and striking training as well as a bit of fitness work in the weights room. She is already pretty fit and i can only her strength increasing.
