Foreclosure News: Foreclosed Homes for Sale in Hillsborough Being Monitored by County Officials
According to foreclosure news, county officials are monitoring every foreclosed home for sale in Hillsborough County, Florida, to prevent them from causing urban decay and bringing down home prices within their communities. They have also begun implementing an ordinance where the mortgage lenders have to pay $100 to the county for every foreclosure filing. These will be used by the county in the management and care of homes that have been vacated due to foreclosures.
