Losing weight fast as the goal
Losing weight fast is a primary objective for so many people that I talk to. I always try to convince them that adopting a healthy lifestyle should be their main focus. Just losing a bunch of weight may feel good once you do it but in order to live a truely fulfilled life where you feel great every day, you’ve got to become the type of person that will do these things every day. Adopting a new habit only takes a couple of weeks. That 2 or 3 weeks will forever change the rest of your life. Is it worth it?
