I do not have the luxury of a lot of free time and when I decided to begin a workout program, I was a bit skeptical.  I found a program that offered intense fat burning workouts and these are quite effective.  They are also a little bit faster to finish than a standard workout.  This program is working for me and my time constraints.  I am really liking the fact that I am getting fit and I feel a lot better as well.  I love listening to the motivational tapes on my ipod and it has made a huge difference in my mental well being.
