I would probably suggest to my pals to acquire some suspenders for men as Gifts with this particular coming Christmas season. I really have no clue why people even consider suspenders for men as something corny when many people who put them under vary from upper class society. They just probably cannot have the ability to buy some fabulous and exquisite suspenders for men out of your favorite French designers which can be among the numerous main reasons why they are mocking people that can have the ability to buy absurdly listed suspenders for men that they may just be wearing a few occasions for the most part.

Analysis On “Law Blocking Acorn Funding Raises Constitutional Question”

I’m no lawyer, but, in my view, the problem with the judges decision to advice for newlywedsce Congess to reinstate funding to Acorn on the basis of a bill of attainder is that Acorn was a benificiary of Congresses decision to fund them in the first place. When Congress chose to stop funding, they did not punish Acorn, they simply ended their funding. The Constiution also states that Congress makes the government’s funding decisions. If one has a contract with the federal government and fails to perform or beahes teh FAR regualtions, federal funds stop. This situation was the complete opposite of the AIG tax bill (obviously a bill of attainder) which singled out executives for puniitive taxation in response to Congress’s displeasure with these individuals. Singling out a group for punitive taxation is not equivilent to cessation of federal funding. Hopefully this decision will be appealed.

A Response To “Multinationals Add Millions of Jobs Abroad, Cut at Home”

Yes, the multinationals have learned to use the domestic operations to support international operations. Its called make your product in China, the China subsidary sells to product to an offshore tax haven corporation at or below cost. The tax haven corporation then marks up the product and sells it to the US corporation at a profit, trapping the profits in the tax haven corporation, never to see the shore of the US. Unless of course, you have a sitting President like Jorge W, who declares a one day tax holiday, in which US tax haven corporations can send in funds (tax free) to the US to fund the losses of their US corporations who are buying the goods at the markup and are showing a loss for US tax puroposes. Wow, a double tax break up advice. No tax on the profits, and a domestic tax break for the US onshore losses. Corporate welfare at its best.

A Response To “Review & Outlook: Barney Frank’s Fed Packing Plan”

it should be clear to everyone that the only possible way out of the debt management advice crises that the US finds itself in is inflation. By inflating our economy,we make the trillions we owe the world (and half of that is to the Fed) and the hundreds of thousands that we owe on our underwater homes worth less, and by inflating our incomes, we can more easily afford our homes (especially if we can refinance them at 1% interest (again owed to the feds)) and pay more taxes (in actual dollars, not as a percent of income) to pay down the debt.

If the fed is successful in moving all the debt from short to long term – again at 1% or less – then we have a chance at pulling out of the predicament we have gotten ourselves into.

Just don’t ask the Chinese, Japanese, Saudis, English and the rest of our debt holders how they like this plan – because they won’t. Which also means we can probably forget about incurring any more debt, since no one will loan us any more money. But what the heck, then the fed can just print more. (Gee – sounds like Germany in the 30s!!!).

Criticism On “Stephen Hawking on God, Science and the Origins of the Universe”

A message to Hawking: Thanks for giving non-believers (atheists) a bad name. I do not believe in a god either, but the smug, I’m smarter than the 95% of humans who do believe in a higher power goes beyond stating the case for a scientific theory. When laying out an argument for a scientific theory, why do you find it necessary to attack religion? You look, frankly, like a jerk, and either you’re ignorant to the fact that such tactics will win no one over to idea, or you’re simply firing off childish shots hoping to elicit an equaly childish response.

Have you ever wondered why it is all cultures, in all times, have had gods? The human brain is wired to be predisposed to such belief. It binds together a group of people, making cooperation and the spark of civilization possible. If you are devoid of any religious belief there is something wrong with you. You are not inherently bad, but ignoring the fact that you are in an extreme minority arguing against and insulting deeply held beliefs that we as humans are predisposed to hold regardless of their logic makes you, well, rotten. Romantic love advice is not logical, sir, would you argue that people who fall in love are less than those who do not? They should instead choose a mate based on some set of scientificly veted criteria? No, we are humans, and while religion has it’s many problems just as romantic love has it’s own, they are both inseparable from humanity.

Can We Afford This?

I am just hoping that we are going to be able to afford everything that is going to come with this move. I know that we are going to have to hire Vancouver movers. There is just no way that I am going to be able to move this entire house. That would just be way too much for us. I know that my wife would not be able to handle this at all. She is not feeling well now.
