Tonight is my husbands 50th birthday.  To show him that he still has “it” I am going to make him a fabolously romantic dinner.  I am not cooking because I want to be spending that time getting the romance ready.  I am planning to set the mood by playing the best 10 love songs ever, decorate the house with romantic candles and the grand finaly will be me.  I am getting a mini makeover.  I am buying a new outfit, having my hair done and having my make up professionally applied.  I sure hope he is surprised, but mostly I want him to know that I still love him like I did the day I married him.

I think the song “Free Bird” by Lynyrd Skynyrd is the best song ever made. Every time it comes on the radio I stop whatever I am doing and sing along with it. When I hear it, it brings back memories from my childhood. In all these years, no other song has been able to replace it. It is also my husband’s favorite song. We go see Lynyrd Skynyrd in concert every chance we get. We always look forward to hearing to hearing “Free Bird”. Of course, it’s always the last song that they play. I guess they like to save the best for last.
