I came across an article written about teaching children heart healthy habits that would last them a lifetime.  Some of the suggestions included teaching kids how to read the labels so they would know what they are eating.  Another was fitness, and the benefits of exercise throughout their life.  How to make smart choices when choosing snacks.  The gist of the article was to begin while they are young.  I’ve noticed the same trend in chiropractic ads also.  When you begin taking your little ones in for regular chiropractic adjustments, they grow up realizing that their bodies need healthy food, exercise and chiropractic for a healthy adult life.
