Thank you with the efficiency with which you dealt with my recent claim. I’ve never claimed before, but the process was so much easier than I had anticipated. I don’t really think that the crash was my fault. I was on a roundabout when somebody pulled out in front of me, I crashed straight into the side of their car, but when it went to court, they claimed that I’d been speeding.  If I had, it was only a couple of miles more than I should have been doing. But, I’m glad that I opted to purchase the comprehensive student car insurance policy because my car was a complete right off.  However, I can now afford to buy a new one from my insurance claim, if I’d opted to get third-party fire & theft as I’d been thinking, I would now be having to get the bus everywhere!
