I used to work as an insurance agent and I talked to people a lot about what kind of insurance they wanted.  I often recommended to people that they keep the one of those auto insurance guides handy so that they could see what coverage was available and compared to their needs.  Many people didn’t even know those guides existed.  They were so happy that I told them about the guide and they would take it home and read it and then call me if they wanted to make any changes to their coverage.  Most people were pretty happy with the coverage I had already arranged for them.
